We inspect, test, and remediate residential and commercial properties across Clearwater, backed by IICRC-certified technicians and a “nose that's never wrong:” our K9 mold detection dog, Aspen.
Every job starts with a consultation or inspection and ends with verification. Here's the full scope of what our team handles across residential and commercial properties in Clearwater.
Visual assessments, moisture mapping, and lab-grade air or surface sampling to confirm what's growing, where, and why — before a remediation plan is written.
(We honor FL Statute §468.8419, under which, the same individual/company is prohibited from performing both the initial mold assessment (inspection) and the mold remediation on the same property within a 12-month period.)
Request an inspection →Containment, removal, and treatment performed to Florida state code and IICRC S520 standards by our in-house team and technicians.
Get a remediation quote →Our scent-detection canine, Aspen, helps locate hidden mold behind walls and under flooring, which moisture meters and visual checks alone can miss.
Meet Aspen →Extraction, drying, and structural restoration after leaks, storms, or flooding: done fast since standing moisture is how mold problems start.
Request emergency service →Humidity reduction, ventilation improvements, and moisture-control guidance helping homeowners and property managers prevent mold problems.

Aspen is a Belgian Malinois / German Shepherd mix trained at IronHeart Training Center to detect the scent of active mold growth behind walls, under subfloors, and inside HVAC systems — the places visual inspection alone can't reach.
A consistent process, every time, so you know exactly what's happening and why at all times.
We talk through what you're seeing or smelling, and any health concerns, before anyone steps on site.
A technician — sometimes with Aspen — walks the property, checking moisture levels, ventilation, and visible growth.
Air or surface samples go to an independent lab when confirmation is needed, so the diagnosis isn't just our opinion.
Mold testing isn't always required, nor is it recommended by the CDC, who suggests simply removing the mold (properly/completely), but there are instances where testing is very beneficial.
Containment goes up, affected materials are removed, and the space is dried and sealed per IICRC S520 standards.
A post-remediation check and, when needed a clearance test, confirms the job is actually done before we leave.
Our team is dispatched from Clearwater and covers the entire area:
Every mold removal job is performed by our own team and certified technicians, not handed off to a 3rd Party. (We do honor FL Statute §468.8419, under which, the same individual/company is prohibited from performing both an initial mold assessment [inspection] and any mold remediation required on the same property within a 12-month period.)
“Companies that combine technical knowledge with integrity are not easy to find in this industry. I would feel comfortable recommending Mold Solutions Tampa Bay to homeowners and property managers looking for quality remediation work.”
“I've already passed along your info to quite a few friends of mine because you all do such good work. Rod and his team were incredibly knowledgeable, kind and honestly, flexible with my family and our particular situation.”
“We had a musty smell that wouldn’t go away after tearing out the bathroom 3 times. Rod was with us during inspection when we pulled insulation off under the window sill and found rotten wood from a leak. My husband replaced the rotten wood. We were concerned about mold spores/mycotoxins spreading. Josh and Gabriel did a fantastic job making our house smell fresh and feel new again.”
